- Business assistance at all stages – inception, planning, original and outside investment, organization, operations, expansion, acquisitions, mergers, re-organization and through to sale, inheritance, dissolution and liquidation… as appropriate and necessary.
- Preparation of standard and customized financial statements and reports required by management, investors, creditors, lenders, contractual stipulations, government and NGO’s.
- Review of business plans, proposals, offers, agreements and contracts from taxation, accounting and business viewpoints.
- Forensic accounting for business and individual clients including (for example) divorce proceedings, threatened or existing litigation, proposed or failed business deals and many other similar situations where the true financial details are not clear due to poor records, fraud, subterfuge, greed, incompetence, addictions and/or embarrassment.
- Assisting clients in setting up a proper set of financial accounting records suited for their particular needs. Also training clients to use their accounting records to better manage their business.
